Dhoni is 9th most marketable athlete in the world ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo

London: MS Dhoni was rated ninth in the list of most marketable athletes around the world in a study conducted by the London School of Marketing. They looked at the player’s earnings and also how much they earned from endorsements.

Tennis legend Roger Federer, golfers Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson lead the list.

Dhoni is ahead of football superstars such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar. He is the only cricketer in the list of 20, which also includes two women athletes – Tennis stars, Maria Sharapova (12) and Serena Williams (20).
